I am confused by the reviews on this product which suggest that the wings are not attached to the center section - they are connected to vertical pins which are screwed into the center section, and the pins fit into one of several holes on the underside of the right and left sides. It doesn't slip and is very secure. Maybe these reviews refer to a different model? This monitor stand is made from high quality chipboard and has a decent chip resistant finish. The pre-drilled holes are well done and the pin holes are reinforced with plastic inserts. The cams clicked for sure. All parts were included in the kit and assembly was simple and straightforward with just a Phillips head screwdriver. We placed two 24 inch monitors on the stand and they fit perfectly on the right and left platforms, giving you enough space (3-4 inches) between them. Monitors or move them closer together as you like. The right and left platforms rotate on pins screwed into the center platform, making it easy to adjust the angle of the monitor. High quality circuit board and parts, very satisfied.
