Doesn't properly fit heat tape.

The core on this dispenser is too small and the heat tape falls off. But I tried several standard dispensers and they were all the same, even though they are advertised as dispensers for heat tape. What gives? I ended up buying one of those types with the wheel that cuts your tape for you. That one works with heat tape since attaching it to the wheel holds the tape in place.
