Review on JobServe by Polo Bradley

I like how I am able connect with both current job seekers, but also former employees who want another position in an organization where they feel valued again! I appreciate we have been supported from day one by great leadership team members, which has made it very easy for us get up-to speed quickly. There is nothing not to love about this service! My current situation right now, so as you read my comments please consider your own unique circumstances when determining what will be best suited for each client/candidate. The ease of use, the ability to track applicants, the ability to send emails to potential applicants at different stages in the process. I dislike that it is not possible to have a search function for applicants. It would be useful if you could search by last name or first name. Also, it would be great if there was a way to add notes to applicants so you know who you're talking to. We are solving our hiring needs with JobServe. The ability to manage all applications from one place is wonderful!
