Review on Go Pet Club Beige Color Cats good in Beds & Furniture by Angela Patra

Great product, good price. Kitty is tested, parents approved.

I have never written a review before but I was so pleased with this product and my kittens too that I felt we should pass this information on to others. Let's start with the fact that I have two cats - one weighs around 12 pounds and the other around 6-7. My two cats love it and it's worth the price. My kitten has been climbing all over the place lately because she likes to be high - unfortunately we don't like her sitting on kitchen tables and counters so we were keen to give her something to satisfy that need for height that would also be safe. Price - If you're going for a pet smart or similar, something half the size and quality will cost about the same. Color - Beige is kind of a vague term. I like the color, but it's not quite beige. It's like a beige/cream/off-white color scheme. Assembly. Very easy to assemble, my roommate did it himself in less than 30 minutes. If I helped, I'm sure we could do it in 10-15 minutes. The instructions are very easy to read and everything is clearly marked. Hammock. Other people mentioned that he wasn't that long-lived. That's partly true, it rests on a screw. You can omit it and it doesn't matter. I think it needs to be a bit loose as regular hammocks aren't that rigid either, they wobble a bit. BUT, a big cat doesn't fit in this part. My kitten can barely fit. When she grows up, we'll likely remove this piece or use it to store toys and treats. The crow's nest isn't big enough for a giant cat either. My 12 lb cat can sit there and fit, but anything in the rage of 15 lbs or so probably won't sit comfortably. Stability. When everything is assembled and tightened properly, it doesn't wobble or wobble. I'm sure you'll have to retighten the screws at some point once the cats start playing with it, but that's common sense. Ours is on a corner wall and fits perfectly and is very stable. Material: I actually prefer carpet on it, it's soft. Some people prefer shaggy rugs, but my cats tend to rip the rug when it gets shaggy and all over the place. Also, it seems much, much easier to clean. We have another scratching post that has a shaggy carpet and although we clean and vacuum it occasionally it always looks unkempt and worn. Little cave thing - my 12 lb cat fits in here. If you have a large cat they may not fit. Scratch slide - my cats love to scratch on it. One of my cats loves to stretch and scratch so we decided to do something similar. Most products are around $30 and I didn't think it was worth it. However, this product is complete. The only thing I would change is that there are more toys hanging down for the cat to play with. They love the ball and the mouse on it. This can easily be fixed, a good DIY project. All in all this is a great product. Cats that are obese or very large may not be able to enjoy some parts of it, but there are still many areas that they can enjoy.
