Purchase unsuccessful. I have a broken cartridge handle or cartridge blade latch (it's a cheap plastic latch). Remaining cartridges cannot be used (11 left). I wrote to Bic Corp twice within a month asking for a different handle so I could use my other blade cartridges. It's been two weeks and they haven't replied. Two weeks ago I bought a Bic Comfort 3 Hybrid (pack of 12/3 blade cartridges). I was very happy with the razor blades and the handle. However, the plastic handle broke even though it was hard on the outside. It broke off on one side of the insert where the blade cartridge snaps into the handle. I can no longer use the pen, it is broken. I have 11 blade cartridges left. Is it possible to buy 1 or 2 grips for this Bic Razor model?
