Although they are very soft, cute and comfortable, these are NOT sweatpants. They are very very thin and not warm at all, just the kind I was looking for my daughter for fall and winter. She wears them often but only at home because they are not warm enough to wear outside at this time of year. Although spring and summer will be good.
