Nice thread. The shape resembles a sliding thread (flattened on one side). This probably explains why it is thrown off the needle when embroidering. Luckily my machine stops when the filament comes loose and I can just reload and get on with my work. I've found that keeping my fingers on the spool helps control the thread advance and keeps it from falling out of the needle. Be sure to use a stabilizer. I used Solvy thinner on the back of the garment and Solvy water soluble solution on the front. With this yarn I embroidered snowflakes on a shirt when making a New Year's dress.
