I found this fits true to size. I’m 5’7” 120 lbs and normal wear a small. I sized up to a medium based on other reviews but thought it was a little too baggy so I went back and got a small. The small is slightly more fitted in the waist but the sleeves are still plenty long which I was very happy about. The material is thin and the label says it’s 95%cotton/5%spandex but it feels a little more synthetic to me. I have washed and air dryed several times and it’s holding up well. I was a little on the fence about keeping the shirt at first, but I’m glad I did! It’s become one of my favorites and looks great with jeans or leggings.
