I sized down and the boxers were still a very large, baggy cut. The fabric has a LOT of stretch — are the they really only 5% spandex? The cotton content seems lower than advertised as well (but it's possible they would get softer and feel more like cotton after washing). I returned because of sizing issues, but they might be worth trying if you order down a few sizes and want something extra roomy.
