$6.99 for two complete gift boxes is a good deal. However, the size of these two sheets (about 19.5 x 27.5 inches) covers no more than two shirt-sized boxes. The set also includes two small matching bows and two small gift tags. The paper is very pretty, bright colors, thick enough not to tear when packed. However, I personally prefer not to use folded paper as I don't like creases in the middle of my gift wrap. The only way to avoid this is to buy a roll of wrapping paper. Conclusion: If your two packs are no larger than T-shirt boxes and you don't mind wrinkles, then grab them. But other than that, I recommend a roll of wrapping paper, which can also be used to cover a large box.
