We bought an old house and over the past few years I've spent a lot of time painting the rooms. Funny, but not great either. I was searching and reading about faster ways to paint when I came across a review of the 2.5 Picasso Oval Sash brush and decided it couldn't hurt to try. Now I'm thinking about throwing away my other brushes. the brush is perfect. I'm not an expert and I don't know how to explain it, but the bristles seem extremely advanced. First, there are no vagrants. I don't get an extra bristle or two wanting to leave their line. Second, when you rotate it to a cutting angle, the bristles just seem to want to stay in line with the perfect line. It really makes cutting easier. I also used it on the baseboard. The top was about 1/8 inch wide. The hand (and my hand) didn't leave a single mark on the wall. As I said, if I had more knowledge about brush technology I could explain, but still I'm just a caveman with a magic brush and really nice walls.
