Bought in black 3xl. My bust is 40ddd (50 inches), I'm 16/17 (about 48 inches) and 5'10". It has a nice loose fit on me and the material is so soft, nice stretch jersey cotton, light weight enough for summer but not see through I could definitely upgrade to 2xl and still be in good shape I was looking for loose and flowy for the hot summer For a more formal occasion I would order 2xl for a tighter fit but keep that in mind "This item is designed for a relaxed fit. When I say it's fitted it doesn't mean it's form-fitting. It closes to the elbow and a little more when the sleeves are straight out, which I do at short sleeves as I'm not a big fan of my arms.Hand holes don't hinder movement at all.Love it.
