I decorated my son's birthday party with these paper pom-poms. They arrived folded. Each pom-pom had to be unrolled and gently fluffed into a ball shape. Setting it up wasn't difficult, but it was tedious and tedious. They are made from a thin tissue paper material with many sheets that need to be gently pulled apart. I highly recommend shaking them up at least a day before the big event. This set contains pom poms only. It does not include a hanging rope. It also doesn't come with a ribbon. These pom poms are lightweight. I attached them to the ceiling with twine and strong tape. They look festive and decorative.
