Review on Adjustable Sensitivity Levels Dual Anti Barking Modes Rechargeable by Nina Lucero

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Train and help your dog learn.

The collar is not on the remote control. It works great so far. I tried it on myself. What I like best is that you can turn off the shock option and only use the vibration option if you want. The shock and vibration options have intensity levels, allowing you to choose a level from 1 to 5, with 5 being the strongest. The feeling of direct contact with skin is different than contact with dog hair, so keep that in mind when testing it yourself. So I used the fabric over my skin in the closest comparison, then tested the collar's strength and ability to make contact with the fabric over my skin on myself by barking low next to the component to activate it. Now make sure you have the black rubber caps on the metal grommets that create vibration and shock. Failure to do so may result in burns to your pet's skin when direct permanent activation is enabled and there are no rubber caps to keep out the heat from the metal protrusions. This is the important purpose of these black rubber caps. I strongly recommend not using an uncapped collar on your pet! If you lose them, contact the seller and have them replace them. Someone left a comment showing pictures of the aftermath of misusing a rubber cap collar and injuring their pet, but blamed the product. The collar is for barking only. Note that these collars are NOT designed to be worn continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week like a dog tag collar. So take them off your pet when they are not needed! The key words are "train" and "help" your dog learns to bark properly and importantly, not bark indiscriminately. This type of collar is NOT for lazy pet owners. In addition, YOU MUST train your dog to bark well. If the pet owner doesn't do this, it becomes alarming and should be questioned. It's like hitting a child and the child doesn't know why. Note that the collar does not come with a USB adapter. Make sure you have it to charge the collar. Note: When used correctly, the collar is an excellent training tool.
