Great lightbulbs! They are NOT yellow!

I've been using these bulbs for a few weeks now and they work great! Our outdoor mast lights have standard glass on the outside as well as frosted glass chimneys on the inside, so I was concerned that the sensor would pick up significant glare from all glass and cause flickering. Not at all! They appear at dusk and stay until dawn. I don't know why the seller chose such an unfortunate ad image. They used an animation instead of a real image and tried to show what they look like when they're on. Trouble is it makes them look like those ugly yellow bugs lol. Disgusting and not thought through. I bet a lot of potential buyers just skip them, thinking they're amber bulbs. Unfortunately, these are excellent lamps with a bright/warm white glow.

Pros

Brightness Sensor: This dusk-to-dawn light turns on automatically in the evening and off during the day. This bulb is ideal for lighting rooms and hallways where it is important to have some light automatically when it gets dark without having to turn it on manually. . This can be done for security reasons, if you want the light to come on when you're not at home, or for security reasons, when an unlit area could become dangerous.
