Zipper broke on first wear

It was cute, but when unzipping for my daughter to use the bathroom, the zipper completely broke off the bottom and I couldn't fix it.
:(The length is definitely short. My petite 7 year old daughter wears a 6 in pants, and this size 7/8 was very short on the legs and baggy everywhere.

I bought a size up so my daughter can wear warm clothes underneath for this upcoming Halloween. It''s a perfect fit and glad I did. Costume is made nicely glad it''s a 2 piece. Happy with purchase.
