Review on Kingston Brass BA2717PB Milano Polished by Kevin Gunnmann

This coat hook is junk. The instructions are better than useless - for example, they tell you to drill a hole for the bracket's screws, but don't tell you the right size drill bit. The mounting bracket has a top and bottom, but again there is no mention of which is which. The flanges on the mounting bracket have very little flexibility so the set screw on the hook does not touch and secure the hook to the bracket. The only solution I found was to place a thin washer between the bracket and the wall to allow the set screw to fit snugly in the bracket. Kingston claims it's brass but I doubt it - very light and doesn't appear to be essential. Unfortunately I had to order two to finish the guest bathroom this weekend before the guests arrived. I would return both and start again if time permits.
