No worse than the original. If not better
I ordered these because they looked like the original. I tried one of the heads. (I've only had them for a few days.) I see few differences between the original and this one, none of which are significant. The placement of the brushes is different, as well as different colors on some of the brushes. The curvature of the brushes is the same. It also fits standard Oral-B models.
