The team at Zendesk are fantastic! They are always willing to help and answer questions.
They provide great customer service. My account manager has been a huge help with any issues I've had since the initial signup. She's been great about explaining the details and making sure I understand them. I'd recommend her and the rest of the team to anyone looking for tech support. The guys who do the actual work behind the scenes seem very knowledgeable. When they're ready to share information it comes quickly (as opposed to having someone go through several levels of management) and you feel like they're doing everything possible to make things better/easier for you.
