PlayStation Vita 3g/Wi-Fi Bundle

Gave this to my 9 year old son as a Christmas present and he loves it. It amuses him and that's all I can ask for. To be honest I think the 3G version is better to buy for the same price as Wi-Fi only. My daughter has a Nintendo 3ds and I'm not even going to compare systems. For me, both are independent systems with their own style. And to each his own. I'm personally a Nintendo fan, but I appreciate PlayStation products. The graphics are good. Accessories and games are plentiful and will grow with my son and he will be able to play for years. Right out of the box we had to wait for the system to update, which took a while. Not only that, everything takes time to load. It's a mistake, but nothing serious. Also, the whole PS network thing is completely different for me. It's a bit alien and technical, but I like it and it's all part of the PS brand. So I set up my PS account for our family and set up the device for my son. He plays all the free games and I plan to buy him some games that his friends recommend. I gave this device 4 stars for one important reason. memory cards. I haven't had to buy one yet (thank goodness) but if I do I won't be too happy. We downloaded maybe 5 or 6 games (for free) and it seems that 8 gigabytes contain more than the box says. I don't see myself downloading a lot of big games, but I plan on buying game cartridges, so maybe that will add to those costs. But I think it was a terrible way for PS to keep making money from its customers by forcing those expensive memory cards. The delivery arrived quickly before Christmas and in good condition. I bought this last minute and Revane delivered as always. If you are considering this block, by all means go ahead and get it.
