I've been using this strap for a few weeks, mainly for nightclub photography, so nothing extreme. It was great while it lasted, especially the ergonomic shape of the shoulder pad and the second strap that keeps it from riding up your neck. It's very comfortable to wear, although the strap itself could be wider. The quality of the strap is very decent for its price BUT the carabiner/hook is not. I've read that it flakes off after a while which I could live with. But what I didn't expect was that the gate latch (the fixed part in the hole) would break and I have a gate that is always open as I can't even screw the grommet onto the eyelet. more hooks. It was a great strap while it lasted, but now I don't feel comfortable using it.
