Used it for the first time last night and it's great! It unfolded and expanded within minutes of taking it out of the box and fitted perfectly into the 5 inch space between my headboard and my mattress, leaving some room. I'm so glad I didn't have to fight all night with my pillow falling in the gap! I slept so well last night. There's no smell, which is nice considering it stays on my face all night. An added bonus is that it holds the phone charger cord that I plugged in behind my bed. The wedge prevents the cable from moving or falling on the floor behind the bed. I highly recommend this item!
