I like how easy it was to create new contracts with this system! It's much faster than using Excel or Word documents when creating multiple agreements at once (we have over 100).
The user interface could be improved - sometimes there are errors that can cause problems if you're not careful enough while entering information into an agreement page such as dates/times etc., but they do get fixed quickly so don't worry too hard about them!! We were able to use one click billing instead of having employees enter in each individual item separately which saved time & money.
