Review on 💡 Philips 12362B2 H11 Standard Halogen Replacement Headlight Bulb 2 Pack by Philips by Joe Lara

After a lot of research I bought a pair of these bulbs to replace the low beam headlights on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I really liked the light these bulbs give off and was very happy with the purchase. I traveled 4,000 miles on my honeymoon and these onions found their way through the Canadian Rockies. Now, 8 months after my purchase, I have noticed that one of my low beams is not working. So my standard bulbs lasted 5 years and replacement bulbs - 8 months. I wouldn't mind changing these bulbs every few years, but the job is a little tedious on my Grand Cherokee and less than a year is totally unacceptable. Now I'm back at the drawing board trying to find a nice white lightbulb that will last a long time. Addendum: I just got off the phone with Philips customer service. Wow what a joke. First I happened to call Sylvania and they said all of their bulbs come with a one year warranty and were happy to accept my information for a replacement. Then I realized I should speak to Philips and called them instead and they were not at all interested in helping me. They said their product was "no guarantee" and suggested I call Revain to see if they would refund my money. Are you kidding me? I will never buy a Philips product again.
