Excellent product on Protective

I have used this product hundreds of times with excellent results. I think the negative reviews are mostly coming from people who don't understand the principles of polishing, which is a bit more complicated than you think :01. As a rule, you do not buy polishing paste here, but a polishing system. Manufacturers like Novus make sanding packs that typically range from coarse to medium to fine. Some product lines have extra coarse and extra fine abrasives. From time to time you can buy a product that will get the job done, but in most cases it is better to buy a set (system) of abrasive products from the same line and learn how they work. Therefore this product bears the number 3.02. The polishing system you buy must match the material you want to polish. The Novus system is designed for certain types of plastic. You need to find out exactly what material you have and buy suitable abrasives for it. If you have a wood scrape that is 1/8 inch deep, you can't start with 400 grit sandpaper. You will end up with just a nicely polished scratch. In this case you should start with maybe 80 grit and then work your way up to 120, 220, 400 and 600 for a really smooth finish. This is true of every material you've ever polished. Polishing materials and products vary, but the process is always the same. If you're looking to remove a scratch, you should look at how deep it is and consider whether you can afford to remove enough of the surrounding material to get rid of it. CDs and DVDs usually can't be removed, as you have to remove so much of the surrounding material that you cut through the layer of data. A really deep scratch in an aquarium *can* probably be removed, but you'll either have to deal with one visible "dent" " on the surface (surrounding plastic that you have removed) or years You will have to sand the entire panel, which can take quite a while.
