Great I can read and see with it without being distracted by anything else. I have poor eyesight and they don't help me much with very little pressure but other than that they work well. The covers included in the kit can be easily closed with a zipper and are hard-wearing. The blue light blocker is easy on the eyes when using a computer or iPad. Twelve dollars for two couples and suitcases is a very good deal. Much better quality than expected.
