I wish it was made of cotton like the description says, but it's obviously mislabeled. There are a few things I love about this dress/ love this tunic.1, The colors are stunning and vibrant 2. This is a great length to wear as a short dress or tunic over skinny jeans or leggings 3. The neckline is flattering This is clearly NOT cotton I sew a lot hence I am very familiar with the fabric probably the polyester which makes me sweat in the summer - it doesn't breathe like cotton and I wouldn't buy it if properly labeled 2. Threads are sticking out everywhere 3. So it's not in US -Sizes Made You will need to go at least a size or two up to fit My measurements are 37 bust, 27 waist and 37 hips I am 5'4 tall and after I e After reading another review, I ordered medium. It fits very well. From the tag it says 97% cotton and 3% elastane. Unfortunately not, so it comes back.
