I love this little guy and I'm sure my baby will too. It served as an ottoman in my living room, but now it is an ottoman in the children's room. Very handy for these purposes. I also use it as a seat occasionally and feel very sturdy, I weigh almost 200 pounds. While it's great as a seat, I want to make sure your little ones understand not to use it as a chair as it's not as stable in that sense. He also comes with felt pads for the bottom of his legs, which I thought was a nice touch. I appreciate that it's not too heavy so I can easily move it to where I need it. I can also move it with my foot and get it out of the way. And it doesn't look cheap, which was my biggest concern before buying it. It's definitely one of my favorite Revain purchases to date.
