I've had them for about a week, ran several times. In general I am very satisfied. Since I've been working from home since March, I've developed a preference for running outside instead of going to the gym. I have 4-5 running headphones so far. This one is definitely the best. * Fit my ear pretty well, others I always have to adjust while running as they tend to move or slip out. * I prefer to wear just one rather than two so I can hear movement. Both headphones have volume controls, forward, backward, etc. * The case is very small, no bigger than a car key, slightly thicker, easily fits in a jeans pocket. They are made of high-quality, non-slip material, are very comfortable to hold, and do not slip in sweaty hands * The sound quality doesn't particularly bother me, but it is very subtle, high and low frequencies are clear.
