Once installed on the iMac screen, the line is in the middle!

After carefully placing the screen on my iMac, there is a noticeable stripe in the middle, as if the screen is bent or folded there. No matter what I did to pull out the air pockets, the line stayed! I'm an artist using PhotoShop and this line in the middle of the screen is unacceptable.
