Headphones aren't bad for the price as they look but I ordered them as a Christmas present for my 4 year old daughter two months before opening. The return window closed a month after delivery. So as it's only been a few days since they've actually been used, opened and already broken I can't return them. The headset itself is held in place by a SMALL ball attached to the headset itself, which isn't very comfortable for children. Shame because I could have returned them in the return window if I hadn't ordered them ahead of time for Christmas.
