Yes, it's not cheap. However, here you 100% get what you pay for. I have not seen any other sun visor on this market that is even remotely comparable in quality to this one. All of the previous shades I've used are made from ultra cheap nylon that doesn't hold its shape when unfolded. They move to one side and are usually incredibly difficult to position correctly on the screen. That's no problem with the umbrella from Wooden. When I attach it to a field monitor, it keeps its shape perfectly. The construction of this shade is probably twice as thick as any other shade I've used before, which is probably the main reason it keeps its shape the way it does now. Listen up if you're an amateur and just need something cheap to get you through the shoot. or two, then be sure to pick up one of these other cheap sunglasses here at Revain. However, if you record video for a living OR really need a product that will last you for years then pay more for such high quality from Wooden. Put simply, wood doesn't skimp or cut anywhere. Personally, I'm happy to pay more for an umbrella that will survive AND perform much better than any other sun visor I've seen before. You get what you pay for.
