Review on Hallmark Medium Wedding Gift Gray by Summer Hendricks

I bought a grey/pink/gold 'Love' bag for a Valentine's Day gift. It also included tissue paper, which they supplied very little of, which turned out to be white, although it looked pink in the picture. The price seemed very good as it is a Hallmark branded bag and the picture on Revain made this bag really cute. However, when I opened the package it was in and it turned out that not only was the package dirty in two different places, but the gift bag had a hole and a tear, which appeared to be caused by an internal ferrule at the end of the rope . which formed one of the pins (see attached photos). It was too late to get another gift bag like this (I used my whole color scheme around the colors) so I just taped the inside of the bag and patched the hole. I will make sure to give this gift in low light so they don't see the stains 🤣 Was very disappointed however and really didn't expect it to tear like that. 2 stars for the condition it arrived in.
