very lumpy! With the body pillows

Arrived in the vacuum, folded 1/2. I took it out and shook it as best I could. I figured it would improve as the air filled it. But that didn't happen. I tried for a long time to move the filling. The case does not open, did not help. Instead, I got a pillow that feels like grandma's old mohair couch. DO NOT waste your $$$. I'm not sending it back as I don't drive. I use it but it was a big disappointment due to the cost.
