This backpack is very soft and exceeded my expectations. Came in a plastic wrapped dust bag. It was flat when I unrolled it, so I stuffed it with paper. See photos. Hardware is thick and durable. It is very soft to the touch, dense and durable material. I will definitely order one in each color. No smell! And the straps are thick too. I would say definitely buy it. You won't be disappointed with the price. I was expecting to pay double what I paid at Revain for this quality item.
