Excellent bandage, not too strong

This bandage is very light and comfortable. I've used it for moderate wrist sprains. It breathes more than other braces and is a little less noticeable, which is nice. I like that the closures are not Velcro. It would be even better if the adjustment strap wasn't made of Velcro, but something else. I would have preferred the strap to go maybe 1/4 inch higher over the thumb, but either way it doesn't chafe or hurt, which I can't say about many other braces. soft plastic shaped by the palm of my hand I use a manual wheelchair so I'm sure it's a bit harder for me than some people, but I use my legs more than my arms to move around my body . small flat so I don't think it matters much. Anyway the soft plastic came loose near the palm of the hand first. I super taped it and it doesn't look pretty but at least for now it stays in place .Now it also peels off on a small strip that goes to the back of the hand (under the thumb) and this part of the orthosis does not wear out at all. The plastic goes over the thumb. So if too much of it detaches elsewhere, that strap will eventually break. I've worked with this type of soft rubber plastic at the forefront of manufacturing and he knows it's difficult to make it more durable, but perhaps the manufacturer should consider using a different material for the palm and thumb strap.
