If you have a modern Thunderbolt 4 PC you will almost certainly have full 5K 60Hz functionality on a Windows PC, having currently used an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo UX582 with an RTX 3070, but pretty much any 2020 or later Laptop with Thunderbolt 4 will give you full 5k 60Hz output. I had to update drivers for: Intel Graphics, USB and Chipset. The only thing that doesn't work at first is the brightness control, for which you have to find a free app called "LG Ulltrafine Brightness" in the Windows store. One of the best screens available for PC and most of them don't even know that there is a 14.7 million pixel screen for PC.
