I was hesitant at first because they are vacuum packed and VERY VERY flat! I thought they would not loosen. As instructed, I opened it up, fluffed the pillow by hand, and popped it in the dryer for about 30 minutes (it says 5-10, but I made dinner and forgot). They were HUGE! I sleep very hot and had my doubts but it fired when I fell asleep! I don't have to adjust my pillow or move another underneath for more support. I sleep on my stomach and on my side and this pillow is AMAZING! I have a memory foam pillow, it sinks and heats up. Crushed foam changed everything. If you're hesitant about it, do it! You won't regret it and you can't beat the price for two pillows!
