I bought a kit that came with a front interface and handles. I thought it would be a big deal for both of them. The handrails are comfortable on the hands, the straps are soft and do not irritate the hands when carrying. The front end is user friendly and a huge upgrade over the default Quest front end. The set includes two pillows, thin and thick. The front also has air gaps at the top to allow for some passive airflow. The only downside I have is that the grips on the top of the controllers are a bit loose due to the clearance to install the controller. It doesn't really matter to me as it doesn't interfere with using the controller, but is a small detail in case people want a very clean look.
