for the price I expected a lot more. First of all, one of the product images describes the high side of the pillow as 5.1 inches; it is actually less than 4.5 inches (see picture). Then the overall quality of the pillow is very low. It's not very resilient, seems to tear easily, and arrived in a plastic bag with no labels (neither on the bag nor on the pillow or cover) indicating the materials used. Worst of all, the pillow only emits a faint smell of latex (that sweet vanilla scent of natural latex); Instead, the predominant smell is more chemical and abrasive, reminiscent of memory foam or other petroleum-based products. All of these factors combined made me doubt that this pillow was made entirely of natural latex; it can be a blend or it can be entirely synthetic. In any case, I believe the seller is disingenuous and trying to pass off a poor quality product as a good quality product. I must say that in less than half a day this pillow was returned in the form in which it was delivered.
