I needed a narrow cutlery tray for a narrow drawer. Size was important to me because I needed to know if the tray would fit, and also because my cutlery had to fit in each compartment. Here are the measurements for you: Full tray: L 12 7/8 inches, width 9 inches, height 1 3/4 inches. Each vertical compartment is 1 7/8" wide and 9 7/8" long. The horizontal compartment is 8 3/8" long and 2 1/8" wide. I've been using it for a few months now and it's the perfect size for my everyday medium-weight cutlery. Warning: since the tray isn't very tall, you probably can't stack more than 10 medium-duty forks without them spilling over into the next compartment (spoon and knife don't seem to need that much height). downward curved compartment dividers facilitate access to cutlery good purchase and job well done!
