Bought 3T for my 2 year old's birthday. He is 37 inches tall and weighs 29 pounds. He is currently between 2T and 3T, he can wear both, but 2T is gradually becoming a little small, and 3T is usually a little baggy. The length felt slightly shorter than some of his other 3Ts, but it fit him well. The neck opening was quite narrow, which made it difficult to put on. It's a really cute shirt and I definitely recommend it, but it probably needs to be sized up, especially if you're between sizes.
