They have been very helpful in understanding my options, getting me an agent that can help with insurance needs as well as finding affordable rates for homeowners insurances! I also like how they respond quickly to emails/calls regarding any questions or concerns we may need answered about our policies. Nothing really but if you are interested this is worth checking out - especially if someone else from your office recommends them- it will be money saved after all. We needed some assistance figuring out different types of home insurance products including new construction coverage due to recent fires at homes across town. Also wanted pricing information so could decide what would work best for us given budget constraints. So far everything has gone smoothly; however there's nothing negative thus far when speaking to their staff over chat. Be sure to check multiple companies' quotes before making final decision since prices do vary significantly between providers. Insurance product research / quotation process was quick & easy (less than 2 hours). Overall experience great because friendly customer service reps were able to answer ALL of our inquiries during the interview process which helped ease fears related to not knowing I like that it is easy to use and has many features. It's also very customizable, which allows you to create your own custom layouts. The only thing I dislike about this software is that it sometimes gets slow and laggy when using it for long periods of time. I would recommend this program to anyone who needs a good product with great support. I am solving problems such as creating multiple reports in one place. This helps me to be more organized and keep track of all my information.
