Small metal rollers are better than spikes

This is literally the first thing I use in the morning for those weird headaches that aren't really headaches and have tried to use when I have migraines. It didn't work very well with the latter, but I think if I use it in the morning I can be better prepared for when the migraines make me pass out and leave me bedridden. 11/10 recommend and will buy again.
