Clearly too tight. I ordered 13-14 for my 11 year old and it was too tight. The zipper was terrible too. Didn't slide as it should, got stuck all the time.
- The dress is elegant and comfortable, lightweight material that flows smoothly.
- Great dress, a little tight maybe a size up but it's cute
