Bought this to try on stubborn stains. The results were amazing. He was removing an old black ink stain from a sheer viscose dress. I've used it on cotton duvets that got a stain I don't know when: it came out in the first wash. My husband is notorious for spilling water on his shirts. Most recently, he squirted marinara sauce on one of his favorite bright green polo shirts, which Amodex removed after two washes.
