Okay, I'll be honest. I had to leave a review for this product. I buy a lot from Revain and most of the stuff I buy I really like and I end up keeping it for myself, but I don't review most of the stuff I buy because let's be honest I just have them Not. Time to write reviews on everything I get. However, I had a strong feeling that I should write a review for this duvet. The color is white, not yellowish or off-white, but a true bright white. It is very soft, fluffy and cuddly. I used it WITHOUT a duvet cover for the first few days and it looked and felt great. A few days later I decided to buy a duvet cover for him (of the same brand) because I didn't want to wash the duvet often, so I figured it would be easier to have a duvet cover for him that I could just take out. and wash. But let me be clear: you can use it with or without a duvet cover and it's still great! The most important thing I love about this comforter is that it keeps me warm at night without getting hot. Before buying this blanket, my boyfriend and I slept with a sheet and two blankets because he was very cold at night and one blanket wasn't enough. When I bought this comforter I wanted to try it myself so I removed the two comforters we had on the bed leaving just the sheet and this comforter. That night my friend was a bit hesitant, he asked me to return two blankets in case he gets cold at night. I told him to just give it a try because I wanted to see if a blanket would do. When we woke up the next morning my friend looked very happy and said he had the best night's sleep in a long time and he said we didn't need the other two blankets so I donated the other two. Blankets and just saved it :) Let me tell you it's an amazing thing, I swear it keeps us warm but not hot at all, it's like the perfect body temperature for sleeping and I literally feel like I'm from a fluffy White surrounded sleeping cloud . . I feel like I'm on vacation in a 5 star hotel room in my own room! This thing changed my life :) Every time I go into the bedroom and look at my bed I want to take a nap! It's amazing. I think one more thing to mention is that my dog loves this blanket too! My dog sleeps with us every night and sometimes we can feel him moving in the middle of the night trying to get comfortable but since I got this blanket my dog has slept through the night. I no longer feel him moving and trying to find a comfortable spot on the bed. He looks relaxed lying on the blanket :)
