I add raw garlic, dried red peppers, and a sprig of rosemary, then pour high-quality extra virgin olive oil into the pot. It's delicious for dipping bread, pasta, or rice. They have been securely wrapped and double-bagged to minimize the risk of breakage. If you do decide to order them, be sure to order a pack of six. It's much more profitable than buying one or two at a time.
