This is an exceptional brush for $10, it would be exceptional for $60. I'll start with the handle, I like the length, it's good that it's longer and the diameter is smaller. I've had brushes with short thick handles and they look nice but feel awkward in the hand. By the way, I like rosin more than wood, plastic or ceramic. Feels comfortably dry and not slippery when wet and soapy. I think maybe a pewter end cap would add a bit of finesse but the weight is good as it is ma'am maybe two tone rosin or something really ok. Now the brush, holy cow! Very generous knot, 24mm and big beautiful flower. The length is very good, for the most part it keeps the lather on the brush and in hand. The bristles are very flexible but the knot is full enough to form a nice dense body. No problem with soap, weather or mild soap like Proraso, it absorbs really well and doesn't break down at all. Lather up soap or put it in a bowl/mug, this brush is really nice and I think it's strong enough to put my travel essentials in without worrying about it. This is a soldier with a gentle touch. Buy a few before the seller realizes how good they are.
