Insert new rim tape, tubes and tires. Neither tube holds air. I pump them up to 60 pounds and in 20 miles they're 40 and in 40 miles they're flat. Three days in a row. So the tubes need to be replaced. Yet again. Tried four whistles from this company only to cast doubt on them. One snapped at the seam before I got on the bike, one ripped after about five miles, the other two refused to hold their breath for more than an hour or two. Meanwhile, the five-year-old patched inner tube in the front wheel simply rolls forward. Aggravating.
